At Calibur ingredients matter. Our focus is fresh, house made, grass-fed grass-finished never ever program beef from partners who value sustainability, low carbon footprint and the responsible and humane treatment of livestock.
WHAT'S ON THE MENU
Calibur is proud to serve fresh burgers, made with fresh-ground, 100% organic, grass-fed California beef. Our fries are cooked in house rendered organic beef tallow, blended with rice bran oil.
Delicious shakes are hand prepared with Berkeley Farms ice cream and whole milk – make it a malt!

Golden Gate Meat Company was established in 1977 by Jimi-Z and Patti Offenbach. To this day they are family owned and operated with two locations in the greater Bay Area. With their roots in food service, they specialize in sourcing all natural meats from family farms direct to local businesses. Golden Gate Meat Co. provide us with our grass fed, grass finished never ever program beef. We're honored to partner with another SF bay area business.
